All this month, celebrate nutrition at the YMCA. We know that food fuels the body, but how does your nutrition impact life on a larger scale? During March we will be engaging with members by offering you our 30 Minute Meal Luncheons featured on the last 3 Friday’s of the month as well as youth programming to engage parents and children. Our Wellness and Membership departments are thrilled to offer this opportunity to our patrons and hope that you may find all the answers to nutrition’s biggest proposition; you are what you eat.
