Lifeguard Certification Class

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatics emergencies. This includes land & water rescue skills as well as first aid and CPR.
Get certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding with instructor Morgan McFate during our class October 20-22! The class will be: Friday 4:00-8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-8:00 pm | Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 pm.

Prerequisites:

  • Must be 15 years old on or before the last scheduled session of the course
  • Must successfully complete the prerequisite skills evaluation on first day of class: 300 yard swim, tread water for 2 minutes (using legs only), retrieve 10 lb brick from six-feet of water or deeper. *No refunds for inability to successfully complete prerequisite testing.

Registration is $150

The class must meet the minimum number of registrants or it will be cancelled. If cancelled, all registered participants will be refunded their payment in full.
