Our Certified Personal Trainer, Chelsey, will design a flexible, weekly exercise plan for you to follow that will be delivered to your email each week (can be completed at home or in the Y). You will also receive nutritional tips, mental health resources and professional feedback. To participate, you will track your minutes to the designed goal and report back via email. Family entries will receive challenges to complete together and will be entered for an additional prize package. All participants who complete the full challenge will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win the Grand Prize!
This challenge is open to all (members and non members), so bring a friend and if they complete the full challenge, you will earn another entry into the raffle for them as well for referring.
