Middle School Strength and Conditioning Program
This 5-week program gives kids the fundamentals they need to begin their fitness journey! Participants will learn proper technique, gain fitness knowledge, build strength, and so much more! All workouts will be led by our wellness staff and personal trainers.
Program will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays afternoon (June 26th – July 26th).
- Dress in proper attire (athletic clothing, tennis shoes)
- Bring a water bottle to fill up
- Don’t participate on an empty stomach
- Have fun!
